Quantum Algorithms Researcher – Internship
Applied Quantum Computing is a start-up focussing on research and development of applications of commercial importance making use of quantum computing techniques. We usually work with end users and explore the applications in significant depth. We have a particular focus on the healthcare and finance sectors and are members of the IBM Quantum Network.
Backed by a recent round of external fund raising, we are now looking to expand our internship program. We are offering up to 3 internships to suitably qualified students who are likely to be MSc or PhD students studying in the areas of physics, computer science, mathematics or chemistry. Candidates should have a proven interest in quantum computing and be enthusiastic to work with a smaller company focussed on turning the promise of quantum computing into practical applications.
Internships will normally be for a period of 3 months.
